Types of cookies we use
By ownership: • First-party: managed by Relvio. • Third-party: managed by providers (Stripe, Google, Meta, PostHog or others). By duration: • Session: deleted when you close the browser. • Persistent: stored for a defined period (maximum 24 months). By purpose: • Technical (strictly necessary): essential for the Website (language, session, security, payment and remembering consent). These are exempt from the consent duty. • Preferences: remember choices such as language. • Analytics: help us understand in aggregate how Relvio is used. • Attribution and advertising: measure campaigns (for example Google Ads and Meta Pixel). Non-essential cookies should only be activated with your consent.
