Software for restaurants
Google review management for restaurants
Reply to Google reviews with AI, in your house voice, and ask for more reviews with a QR on the check. You publish. Nothing is sent on its own.
Relvio is Google review management software for restaurants. It connects Google Business Profile, drafts an AI reply, and leaves sending to the owner or manager. The Hobby plan is free up to 150 reviews, no card.

The squid-ink rice was perfect. We left a review with the QR on the ticket. Twenty seconds.
A restaurant with 40 reviews and a 4.8 loses visibility to one with 200 and a 4.4. On Maps the decision lasts seconds: if you do not show up, you do not fill. Relvio does not invent opinions. It helps you answer the ones you already have — including the wait — and ask for them when the guest has just left a tip.
The problem is not “lack of strategy”. It is close. At eleven nobody sits down to write. By morning there are three more reviews and a 2-star about the back table. If that sits unanswered, the next person searching “near me” walks next door.
A real day
What happens when the shutters go down
Restaurant review volume does not arrive in office hours. It arrives when you cash out.
22:40
Last desserts, three new reviews
Someone praises the tartare. Another table complains about the wait. Nobody in the kitchen is going to pick up a phone to reply.
00:15
The dining room is dark
Opinions keep landing. Google shows them anyway. The silence is already public.
10:30
Coffee and a full inbox
Eight pending. A 2-star from last night. If you reply at 14:00, Maps has already shown the gap for 16 hours.
With Relvio
The drafts are waiting
You open the inbox, check the tone, publish in ten minutes. Last night’s check QR has already brought two 5-stars.
Example
How you answer a floor complaint — not a copy-paste
A generic template in a restaurant is obvious. The draft has to name what happened at the table and leave the door open to come back.

Food was fine, but we were seated 35 minutes late and his rice came overcooked. Nobody came over to apologise.
Relvio draft (you publish it)
Carlos — we’re sorry about the wait and the rice. That is not the house standard. We’d like to make it right on your next visit: write to us and we’ll sort it on the floor, not on Maps.
Change a sentence if you want. Nothing goes live until you hit publish.
The QR that actually gets used: on the check, not in the bathroom
Asking for a review works when the guest has just paid and is happy. A code on the ticket is one tap. A poster by the door is ignored.
You print it on the ticket or a coaster
The code goes straight to leaving a Google review, not an in-between landing. Less friction, more genuine 5-stars.
You hand it with the bill, not mid-course
The moment is the end. No speech, no discount in exchange for stars. Just the code.
The review is in Relvio the next day
You do not chase anyone on WhatsApp. You open the inbox, see the draft, and publish. Last night’s QR already did the work.
Built for a restaurant’s pace
This is not a generic dashboard with the word “restaurant” stuck on. It is a ticket QR, a bar-or-tablecloth voice, and kitchen versus floor topics.
QR on the check, not a forgotten poster
The moment is when the bill arrives and the guest is happy. One tap to Google. More real reviews, less chasing on WhatsApp.
House tone: bar, tablecloth, or terrace
You set whether you use first names, dish names, or skip corporate jargon. The AI does not sound like a chain unless you are one.
You split kitchen, wait, and service
If the 2-stars are about the booking, not the food, you do not redesign the menu. Relvio groups topics so the change is operational.
Several locations, one voice
A tapas group or two trattorias in different neighbourhoods: you see pending reviews and rating per listing, and you stop every manager answering twenty different ways.
Tonight the reviews will arrive anyway
Tomorrow the drafts can be ready and the QR can be on the ticket. Start on the free plan.

Can I ask waiters or the team to leave reviews?
No. Google forbids reviews from employees or anyone tied to the business. The QR is for the guest, at check time, with no discount in exchange for stars.
When do I ask without being pushy?
When you bring the check, or when they say it went well. Not mid-course, and not when they are rushing to the car. A QR on the ticket is enough; you do not need a speech.
Does Relvio replace Tripadvisor or TheFork?
Today the integration is Google Business Profile — where most “near me” decisions happen. Tripadvisor still exists; Maps is the filter before they book.
What if I have three locations with different names?
You connect each Google listing. You see reviews and rating per site. Tone can be group-wide, or looser in the informal one.
Is there a plan for a single small restaurant?
Yes. Hobby is free up to 150 reviews, with AI and no card. If high season blows past that volume, you change plan with no lock-in.
What is Relvio for restaurants?
Relvio is Google review management software for restaurants. It centralizes Maps reviews, drafts AI replies in your house voice, includes a QR to ask for reviews on the check, and never publishes without a person sending.
Does Relvio publish Google replies automatically?
No. Relvio drafts. The owner or manager reviews and publishes. That is the difference versus templates that send on their own.
