Purpose and scope
This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the website https://www.relvio.io (the “Website”), owned by Sentinel Peak SL, whose purpose is to provide Google review management and online-reputation software for businesses, including AI-generated reply drafts and tools to request reviews.
Access and use
Access to the Website is free of charge. Some Relvio features (paid plans, publishing replies, advanced analytics or others described at /pricing) require registration and, where applicable, payment of the amount indicated at the time. Users agree to use the content and services properly and refrain from using them for unlawful purposes, in bad faith, in a way that harms third-party rights, or in a way that may damage, disable, overload or impair the Website.
User obligations
Users generally agree to: • Provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information in forms and in their account. • Not impersonate others or use third-party data without authorisation, in particular when connecting Google Business Profile listings. • Not introduce viruses, trojans, worms or any other malicious code that could alter the Website. • Comply with applicable law, morality, good customs and public order in all interactions with the Website and Relvio.
Intellectual and industrial property
All Website content — including, without limitation, text, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links, trade names, trade marks, designations and any other protectable content — is owned by Sentinel Peak SL or by third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by Spanish and EU intellectual and industrial property law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 and Law 17/2001). Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other exploitation, in whole or in part, without the owner’s prior written authorisation is expressly prohibited.
Third-party links
The Website may contain links to third-party pages, including Google, Stripe or other tools. Inclusion of those links does not imply any relationship, recommendation or supervision by Sentinel Peak SL, which is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites.
Disclaimer of warranties and liability
Sentinel Peak SL makes its best efforts to ensure the availability, continuity and proper operation of the Website. It is nevertheless not liable for damage that may arise from: • Interruptions, computer viruses, breakdowns or disconnections beyond its control. • Delays or blocking caused by Internet or communications-network deficiencies or overload. • Unlawful third-party intrusion using malicious software, on channels or equipment outside the Website infrastructure. • Improper or inadequate use of the Website by the User. • Incidents, policy changes or unavailability of third-party services on which Relvio depends, in particular Google and Stripe.

Changes to this Legal Notice
Sentinel Peak SL reserves the right to amend this Legal Notice at any time, without prior notice, to adapt it to legislative, case-law or business changes. Amendments take effect when published on the Website.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer’s domicile, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the recast text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users. Alternative dispute resolution: under Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides an online dispute-resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
