Software for hotels

Google review management for hotels

Manage Google reviews across properties with AI: a draft even if the review lands at 2:00, and noise or breakfast topics for operations. You publish.

Relvio is Google review management software for hotels and groups. It connects each Google Business Profile, unifies brand tone, and leaves sending to front desk or management. It does not replace Booking or Tripadvisor. Hobby is free up to 150 reviews.

Half a star on Google can move 10–15% of conversion to direct booking. Travellers compare Maps before they close on Booking. A hotel at 3.9 is not competing on price: it has already lost the click.

Reviews do not respect the front-desk shift. They arrive after a late check-out, at midnight, in another language. If every hotel director answers their own way, the brand does not exist. Relvio unifies the tone, prepares the text, and shows you whether the issue is housekeeping or breakfast — not “reputation” in the abstract.

A real day

The night shift cannot be the community manager

Front desk is on check-in. Revenue is on occupancy. Nobody covers Maps at 02:14.

  1. 02:14

A 2-star goes live about noise

The guest has already left. The review sits on Maps until the 9:00 briefing. Eight hours of public silence.

  2. 09:05

    Three properties, three inboxes

The beach hotel has 14 pending. The boutique has two unanswered compliments. Nobody sees the whole picture.

  3. 12:00

    Housekeeping never hears about it

Noise complaints pile up as free text. Until someone reads them all, operations change nothing.

  4. With Relvio

One board, insights for the floor

Drafts are ready when the shift opens. You compare rating across hotels. If “noise” rises, it goes to maintenance — not only to a like on Google.

Example

From a noise complaint to an operations action

Replying “sorry for the inconvenience” is not enough. The text has to sound like a hotel, and the signal has to reach whoever moves rooms or windows.

Street-facing room, noise until 3. Nobody offered a move. Breakfast was fine. I won’t return.

Brand draft + operations cue

We’re sorry about the noise and that we didn’t offer a room move in time. That is below our standard. If you write to the front desk, we’ll review your stay. Internally Relvio flags the topic “noise” so it does not live only on Maps.

The guest sees the reply. Operations sees the pattern. You choose the final wording.

Google stops being the channel you always leave for later

Booking has someone answering. Maps, often, does not. Relvio covers that listing and sends the pattern to operations.

Maps is the filter before the OTA

Travellers compare the Google rating before they close on Booking. Half a star moves conversion to direct.

The draft does not wait for the 9:00 briefing

The 02:14 review is ready when the shift opens. Front desk publishes; it does not write from scratch.

Noise and breakfast go to the floor, not to a like

Grouped topics serve housekeeping and F&B. Reputation stops being only a community-manager problem.

For a hotel, not for a single shop

Volume, several listings, a 24-hour shift, and insights that work on the floor — not only in marketing.

A draft even if it lands in the small hours

The review does not wait for the next shift. When front desk or the director opens Relvio, the text is there. They publish in minutes.

The same brand in every property

A group cannot sound like three different community managers. You set the tone once and tune it per hotel if the boutique needs more warmth.

Topics: noise, breakfast, check-out

Grouping complaints stops reputation being “a reviews problem”. It is a floor, breakfast, or late-checkout problem.

Maps as a direct-booking channel

Google is the shop window before the OTA. A living, answered listing pushes people to book on your site, not only to read Booking.

Questions from hotels

Does it also cover Booking or Tripadvisor?

Today the native integration is Google Business Profile. That is the Maps and local-search filter, where many travellers compare before they go to the OTA. Booking and Tripadvisor keep their own flow; Relvio attacks the listing Google shows.

Does it work for a group, not only an independent?

Yes. The dashboard is multi-location: rating, pending reviews, and topics per property. An independent still fits; a group stops improvising hotel by hotel.

Should we also reply to 5-star reviews?

Yes. A line that names something specific (breakfast, the terrace) shows there is a team behind the listing. Relvio drafts those too, not only the crises.

Can I report someone who never stayed?

If there are signs the review breaks Google’s policies, you report it in Google. Relvio does not delete reviews for you; it helps you not leave the gap empty in the meantime.

Which plan if I have 4 properties and high volume?

Start on Hobby if the count is low. With thousands of reviews a year, Freelancer, Startup, or Enterprise cover up to 20,000. No lock-in.

What is Relvio for hotels?

Relvio is Google review management software for hotels and groups. It centralizes Maps listings, drafts AI replies, and groups operational topics (noise, breakfast, check-out). It does not cover the Booking inbox.

Does Relvio replace a reputation suite like Revinate or TrustYou?

No. Relvio focuses on Google reviews and AI drafts. Booking and Tripadvisor keep their own flow. It covers the Maps channel many hotels leave unanswered.
